The SCWMLS staff can be reached Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. at 608.240.2800.
If you need assistance outside of those hours because...
- ...you forgot your Paragon password, click on the "I Forgot My Paragon Password" link located below the password field on the login screen. Enter your login name and click Submit. Your login name is your first and last name with a space in between. The first letter of each name is uppercase, the rest are lowercase (for example: Pat Realtor). A temporary password will be emailed to you. You will need to login and set a new password within 12 hours.

...your Supra keycard does not work, call 608.332.5400
Before calling for help with your Supra keycard, please take a minute to check the following:
- Is it before 6:00 a.m. (7:00 a.m. during daylight savings)? Keyboxes will not open before 6:00 a.m. (7:00 a.m. during daylight savings).
- Has your keycard been updated for today? If not, perform an update.
