WIREX is a joint venture between 7 MLSs in Wisconsin to create a shared database including almost 90% of the MLS listed properties in Wisconsin. WIREX provides an offer of cooperation and compensation between participants for these listings. If you know how to search within Paragon, you will be able to search within WIREX with no additional training. There are no location codes to remember in WIREX, simply search by the municipality name, zip code, school district or perform a map search to pinpoint location.

We load listings located in the geographic area* SCWMLS members typically market in from the WIREX database directly into the SCWMLS database to make it easier for our members to find them. This means that when you do a search within the SCWMLS Paragon system for listings in any of these counties*, all listings will come up even if some of them were input into a different MLS. If you are looking for property outside this area*, switch to WIREX to find these listings.

Instructions for using the SentriLock Lockbox system used by Metro Milwaukee agents

Use the following steps to successfully use a 1 Day Code for the SentriLock Lock Box system used by Metro Milwaukee agents:

1. On the lockbox’s keypad, press ENT repeatedly to ‘wake up’ the lockbox. The lockbox should respond by beeping and lighting up the keypad.
   NOTE: If this does not wake the lockbox up, insert any card (driver’s license, credit card, debit card, etc.). You will see CARD + ERROR. Remove the card and proceed with step 1.
2. When the lockbox lights up the keypad, type your 1 Day Code and press ENT.
3. The lockbox will open the key compartment.
