LIMITED MLS MEMBERSHIP OPTION
If you are currently a member of another MLS and your office is located outside of Dane, Rock, Green, Sauk, Columbia or Dodge counties, you can subscribe to the South Central Wisconsin MLS under the Limited Participation Agreement. If you are not currently a member of another MLS, this membership option is not available to you.
Under this option, you, as the broker, can submit eligible listings for publication on the South Central Wisconsin MLS. You are not obligated to submit all of your listings, but rather can submit only those you feel will benefit from exposure to Participants and Users of the South Central Wisconsin MLS. If you choose to submit a listing for an agent within your office, please be advised that your name, as the broker, will appear as the listing agent. You may include the name and contact information for the actual listing agent on line 7 of the MLS remarks.
With this membership option, access to the MLS listing database is not available nor is an offer of compensation made to the Participant Member by other Participants of the SCWMLS. MLS computer access may be granted for those belonging to the Metro Milwaukee MLS under the reciprocal agreement between the South Central Wisconsin MLS and the Metro Milwaukee MLS.
If, at a later date, you decide to become a full access member of the South Central Wisconsin MLS, you will be expected to pay MLS initiation fee, additional quarterly fees for all licensees with the company and any applicable computer software charges.

INACCURATE / INCOMPLETE DATA FORM
Have you ever run across a listing that was missing the room sizes? What about calling to set up an appointment on a listing that came up on your search of active listings only to be told that it has an accepted offer and showings are no longer allowed?* Did you wonder what you could do about it, other than to take another antacid tablet? Here's a solution - submit an MLS Inaccurate / Incomplete Data Report (click here for the form in PDF Format) to the MLS office. The MLS Committee designed this form for members to use when a listing does not appear to have the correct status or information. The form can be faxed or mailed to Kristine at the MLS office or you can e-mail the information to Kristine at kristine@wisre.com.
The South Central Wisconsin MLS would like to make sure that the information appearing in our database is as accurate as possible. We ask that you help us in this effort by taking the time to either contact the listing office OR the MLS when you run across a listing with missing or incorrect information.
* Reminder: Within the South Central WI MLS, if a listing appears as "active", showings must be allowed.
MLS CO-LISTING AGREEMENT
Properties that are listed with both a Participant and a non-participant of the South Central Wisconsin MLS may be submitted for publication to the SCWMLS provided said non-participant is a REALTOR and is a member of another REALTOR® MLS or CIREX, and provided said non-participant agrees in writing to abide by the rules and regulations of the South Central Wisconsin MLS. A completed and signed MLS Co-Listing Areement (click here for the document in PDF Format) must accompany the listing contract submitted to the South Central Wisconsin MLS.
