After Hours Support

The SCWMLS staff can be reached at 608.240.2800:

If you need assistance outside of those hours because:

You forgot your Paragon password:

Click on the “Forgot Password?” link located above the password field on the login screen. Enter your login name and click Submit. Your login name is your first and last name with a space in between. The first letter of each name is uppercase, the rest are lowercase (for example: Pat Realtor). An email will be sent with instructions on setting a new password.  This will need to be completed within 24 hours.


You need help with Paragon:

Your Supra eKEY does not work:

Call 1.877.699.6787. (You will be prompted to enter your key serial number, which can be found at the top of the main page within your eKEY app.)

Before calling for help with your Supra eKEY, please take a minute to check the following:

  • Is it before 6:00 a.m. (7:00 a.m. during daylight savings)? Keyboxes will not open before 6:00 a.m. (7:00 a.m. during daylight savings).
  • Has your eKEY been updated for today? If not, perform an update.
