Sold Listing Access – Affiliate Option

Affiliate members of the REALTORS® Association of South Central Wisconsin and the Rock-Green Realtors® Association, who are actively engaged in real estate brokerage, management, mortgage financing, appraising, land development, or building, have the option to access Sold listings included in the South Central Wisconsin MLS (SCWMLS). Sold listings are available from January 1, 1994 until present, and cover the geographic area members of the South Central Wisconsin and Rock-Green MLSs typically market in, which includes: Adams, Columbia, Crawford, Dane, Dodge, Fond du Lac, Grant, Green, Green Lake, Iowa, Jefferson, Juneau, Lafayette, Marquette, Monroe, Richland, Rock, Sauk, Vernon, and Waushara counties. There is an MLS subscription fee of $300 Annually for this access, in addition to annual Affiliate Membership dues paid to the Realtors® Association.
