By default, agents are input into Paragon with an access level of Realtor. This access allows them to modify all fields on their listings except those that are contractual in nature (status, price, Y/N questions, and address). With Realtor access, an agent can enter a property as a Partial Listing which can be saved as a live listing by someone with a higher level of security (ex: office staff or broker).
The MLS Participant Broker can request an agent’s access level be increased to Admin Realtor. This access allows them to add their own listings and to modify all fields for their listings. If the MLS Participant Broker wants them to have access to add and modify all listings for the entire firm, they can request an upgrade to Manager access.
Non-member administrative personnel are entered with an access level of Office Staff, and they have access to add and modify all listings in the firm. As listing changes, along with who made them, are recorded in an audit, we suggest each of your administrative personnel have their own login. Due to the high level of access Office Staff have, please notify the MLS immediately when you have a change in administrative personnel.
For firms with multiple branches, Managers and Office Staff users can be set up to add and modify listings for a specific branch or for all branches within a firm. The default is for all branches. Please request access to a specific branch if that is desired.
You can see who in your firm has what access by selecting Membership – Membership Roster – and typing in your company name. Access level is listed under the Agent Type column.
