Agent Profile Changes not picked up by Realtor.com

When an agent joins the MLS, a very basic agent profile is set up on Realtor.com. Realtor.com relies on agents to claim and maintain their profiles, and therefore does not pull any agent changes from the MLS. If you register a new email address or phone number with the MLS, Realtor.com does not update your profile with these changes automatically.
