Showingtime - Send Notification feature is currently disabled

The “Send Notification” feature for bulk emails is currently disabled and will be back soon. In the meantime, you can still generate an email list of agents who have shown your property and send notifications from your own email client.

Additionally, automatic notifications for price changes over 1% will continue to be sent as scheduled. We appreciate your understanding as we work to improve this feature.

Error saving searches

If you are trying to save a search to a contact for auto notification you may see this error popup in the top right corner:

Any search saved to a contact for auto notification must have the criteria Listing Visibility Type with the value of MLS Listing. This was added to the default searches and saved searches for all agents. However it seems that some were missed.

This field should be the last field under the Advanced Criteria in your search criteria. If you don’t see it there you need to add it to your criteria.

To do this, above the criteria there is a Customize button; hover the mouse pointer over it and choose Fields.

Search for the field named Listing Visibility Type. To add it to your criteria, first choose which section you want to add it to. It will default to the Primary criteria, but if you want to put it in the Secondary or Advanced section, click the dropdown under Containers and select a section.

To add the criteria, either double click it, or check the box next to it and click the Add button. Then click Apply.

The value MLS Listing should be automatically added as the value. Now you can save your search.

Friendly Reminder: No Commission in MLS

As you’re working in the MLS, please keep in mind that commission information should not be included—this applies to both public and private fields. That extends to documents (including listing contracts, flyers, etc.)

Following these guidelines is important, as there is a fine associated with putting commission into Paragon. Taking a moment to double-check your entries can help avoid any issues.

These standards are part of the NAR Settlement, so staying aligned with them helps ensure everything remains in good standing.

ICE Mortgage Technology is currently experiencing an issue that is impacting ICE Paragon Connect. As a result, some users may be experiencing an outage or intermittent outages. All appropriate levels of support are engaged.

Delayed Listings and IDX

We’ve been listening closely to your feedback, and we know the industry is continuing to evolve. With that in mind, the SCWMLS Board of Directors approved an update to the delayed listing policy at its March 18 meeting.

Delayed listings can now be displayed on IDX, which means they can appear on your website. SCWMLS will also syndicate delayed listings to third party portals. While we do not control how third party websites choose to display these listings, they will receive the data through syndication. If you prefer not to have your delayed listings syndicated, you can opt out by selecting “No” for IDX within Paragon. We’ve also added new forms and guidance on the SCWMLS website to support you.

Phishing scams on the rise

We have seen an increase in scam attempts in the last week. Real estate agents are frequent targets for email and text scams because transactions involve large sums, tight timelines, and sensitive client information. To protect yourself:

  • Verify all unexpected requests (especially wires or payment changes) by calling a trusted number. Never rely on caller ID alone – numbers can be spoofed. Instead, hang up and call back using a verified number from your records or official sources
  • Don’t trust urgency – scammers rely on pressure and rushed decisions
  • Check sender details carefully for subtle email or phone number changes
  • Avoid clicking unknown links or downloading suspicious attachments
  • When unsure, pause and confirm – protecting clients and transactions comes first

Paragon Map Search Issue

Update 3/10: This has been resolved. If you have any problems with Map Search please contact us! 608-240-2800 press 2 or support@wisre.com

We are currently experiencing an issue in Paragon where clicking Map Search links returns a “Bad Request” page instead of the map results. Our team has reported this to Paragon Tier 2 support and they are actively testing and implementing a fix. We will post an update here as soon as the issue is resolved. Don't Miss This: Delayed Listing Reminder!

Attention Agents: If you’re entering a Delayed Listing, you can upload your delayed form directly to the associated docs, don’t forget to put in the show date before submitting!

Emailing it is only required for Office Exclusive listings. Following this saves time and keeps your listing on track!

Remember, this form must be uploaded within 4 days of the effective date on the listing contract!

How to Access Roomvo

In Paragon:

  1. Log in to Paragon and click Search in the top banner.
  2. Choose your class and enter your search criteria to display listings.
  3. Open a listing and locate Actions (Note: If you don’t have the Actions as part of your spreadsheet view you can add it or click Actions next to More at the top of the spreadsheet once you have chosen a listing).
  4. Select “Redesign with Roomvo” to launch the visualizer.

Note: Roomvo works only with Active, Residential SCWMLS listings at this time. Please stay tuned for more Roomvo updates coming soon!

In Paragon Connect (Mobile):

  1. Open a listing and access Roomvo through the Third-Party Integrations icon or the Quick Action link in the detail view.

2. Clicking on the Third-Party Integrations Icon displays this menu 

In Collab Center / CollabLink:

  1. From the listing detail page, use the Overflow Menu → Helpful Links or the Quick Action option to select Design with Roomvo.

How does SCWMLS define the "effective date" of a listing contract?

The effective date is the first day of the [TERM OF THE CONTRACT], highlighted below:

Where does this apply?

  • New listings must be entered into the MLS within 4 calendar days of the effective date if there’s no public marketing yet.
  • The Multiple Listing Options for Sellers Authorization Form for delayed and firm exclusive listings must be submitted within 4 days of the effective date of the listing contract
  • The earliest a property may be advertised is the effective date listing contract

Key Safety Guidelines:

– Trust Your Instincts: A legitimate email from a colleague or the association will never ask you for confidential data, passwords, or sensitive personal information via email.
