We are tracking an issue where it is taking a long time to log in to Paragon. When you click the Submit button it will say ‘Please Wait…’ for about one minute. Once you get to the home page everything else works normally. Paragon is aware and working on a fix.

Some third-party websites now display Delayed listings (for example, Zillow). If you have a Delayed listing and do not want it to appear on third-party websites, be sure to set Internet/IDX = NO in the General Info section when maintaining your listing.

Please also be aware that some third-party websites may calculate or display Days on Market (DOM) differently than Paragon. Because these are external platforms, the DOM shown on those sites may not match the DOM displayed in Paragon. We work with every platform to ensure accuracy on DOM.

To help protect our members, data, and systems, RASCW/SCWMLS will only process record changes when the Agent Change of Information form has been submitted.

We have recently seen an increase in fraudulent and unauthorized change requests. As an added security measure, requests made by phone or email alone will not be processed.

Submitting the Agent Change of Information form helps us verify requests, maintain accurate records, and ensure the security of member information.

To help protect client privacy and maintain compliance to SCWMLS rules, please avoid including personal data, agent/company branding, or contact information in public-facing areas of the MLS.

Depending on your account, this may include your MLS annual dues and/or your Supra eKEY subscription renewal.

You can pay either via the link in the invoice, through your HomeBase account (If you have created one), or by giving us a call at 608-240-2800.

Access to MLS and/or Supra eKEY will be suspended on July 1, 2026 if payment is not received.

We are tracking an issue with South Central listings not populating into Wirex. Many listings entered yesterday (6/18) after around 2:30pm have not made it to the WIREX database. We will update this post with any new information.

UPDATE – this has been resolved.

We are experiencing intermittent technical issues between the South Central WI MLS data feed and API vendors-powered websites. This is causing temporary errors and broken connections for IDX websites. Property searches and agent/office profiles may be impacted.

No Action Needed: This is a system-wide vendor issue, not a problem with your specific website. You do not need to change any settings.

Status: We are working on a fix to restore stable data flow as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience!

SCWMLS Annual Dues – Payment must be received by June 15, 2026.
Depending on your account, this may include your MLS annual dues and/or your Supra eKEY subscription renewal.

A $50 late fee will be added to any and each unpaid MLS and/or Supra eKEY dues after June 15, 2026.

Annual Dues – Autopay will run Tomorrow (June 10th)

If you are enrolled in autopay for your MLS and/or Supra eKey dues, your saved credit card will be charged on June 10, 2026 for the applicable amount.

If you need to edit your payment information or cancel your autopay, please do so by logging into your HomeBase account and following the instructions below. If you do not have a HomeBase account, please create one.

Please note that once your card is charged, dues are non refundable.

Update your Payment Information

UPDATE FROM SUPRA: The eKEY update system issues have been resolved, and key service functionality has been fully restored. Your keyholders can now resume normal use.

Supra Outage Notice

Supra is currently experiencing an outage. We are actively working with Supra and will provide updates as soon as an estimated resolution time is available. We apologize for the inconvenience.

In the meantime, Supra recommends manually updating your key using the following steps:

1. You need your Key Serial Number. If you don’t know it, you can find it in the app at the top of the screen
   
2. Log in to SupraWEB (from either your desktop computer or mobile device).
   https://supraweb.suprakim.com/KimWeb/Login.mvc/AssistantLogin/
   OR in the app click More > SupraWEB.
3. Enter your Key Serial Number.
4. Enter your PIN (the same PIN used to open Keyboxes).
5. Select WI – South Central Wisconsin MLS under Association.
6. On the left panel click Update Code
7. Write down the emergency code that is generated.
8. Exit the Supra app completely and reopen it.
9. When prompted, select Yes to enter an emergency update code.
10. If you don’t get prompted, tap More, then About eKEY app, then Emergency Update Code
11. Enter the code you wrote down and tap Update.
12. On the main screen if there is a red X over the Update button ant the bottom, tap it to update.

• Directions
