The mobile-friendly version of Paragon is called Paragon Connect. While there is a native app in the app/play store, we are not yet subscribed to it. We use the mobile website version. Just go to the regular Paragon login page on your phone’s browser – you will get a splash screen about Paragon Connect. Click the button “Launch Paragon Connect”. Once you are at the login page, you can add it to your home screen for quick access later.

But – Paragon Connect isn’t just for smartphones – you can use it on any device. Access it from Paragon desktop by clicking the Connect icon at the top right.

Starting Monday there was an issue that caused the Internet/IDX option to be set to No when creating new listings and partials. This was resolved on Thursday afternoon. If you created a new listing or partial listing during that time please make sure the Internet/IDX field is set yo your preference.

The reverse prospecting functionality has been updated in Paragon. Click the Contacts icon and choose Reverse Prospecting. Click on the line for the property so the line is highlighted green and click the Launch Report button. This will bring up a list of all the agents in Paragon who have a Contact where your listing is a match for their Collab Center search. You will also see whether that contact marked it as a Favorite, Possible, or Rejected.

You can email all of them by clicking the envelope icon at the top right, or you can choose to email specific agents by clicking on their names.

If you do not want to receive these emails from other agents about your listings it can be disabled in your preferences. In Paragon, click the Connect icon to go to Paragon Connect. Once there, click the 3 dashed lines menu at the top left and choose Settings. Click System, then Reverse Prospecting. Toggle the setting off and click SAVE at the top right.

To avoid a $50 late fee, please make sure your SCWMLS dues are paid by June 15, 2025.

Update 6/9 3:15pm – Some users are experiencing delays, bounce-backs, or non-delivery of emails sent to Yahoo and AOL domains.

Please note that emails to other major providers are unaffected and continue to be delivered as normal.

If clients have an alternate email address, we recommend using it to avoid disruptions.

Our Collab Center sites remain fully operational and are being regularly updated with new matches and listing changes.

We appreciate your patience as we work with these providers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Update 6/9 – we have continued to get reports of bounce backs over the weekend. Paragon systems is aware of the issue and are still working to resolve.

Over the last several days we have received intermittent reports of delayed or non-delivery to certain email providers. Primarily these reports have been to Yahoo, AOL or to a lesser degree Gmail related domains.

While the situation has improved for some providers, email domains related to Yahoo.com continue to be heavily impacted.

As a note, Collab Center sites are not impacted and sites continue to be updated with matches and listing changes.

Following this event our teams will be discussing with email providers ways in which this can be avoided in the future.

If you received an email from Paragon saying “the physical address for your office is blank in the Paragon(TM) system” please disregard. We are aware of a problem on the back end and are working to resolve it. Your email functionality is unaffected.

If you have a search running for a buyer and they want to change some criteria, you need to edit the search that is attached to their contact in Paragon. Let’s say they aren’t getting very many matches so they want to increase the maximum price they are searching for.

Click the Contacts icon, find their contact and click the name. On the next screen click the name of the search you want to edit.

Make the changes to your criteria, then hover over the Save button and choose Save Search, then click the Save button at the top right.

​If there are now more matches for their criteria it will not send an auto email. You will need to resend the welcome message to let them know there are more matches to see. To do that, click Buyer Activity on the left panel, then click the search name that appears under it. Then click the Resend Invitation button.

Customize the subject line and/or message body and click Send.

As of today (Tuesday, April 22nd), Delayed listings are now eligible for Collaboration Center and auto-email notifications via SCWMLS. Agents can now configure Paragon searches to automatically notify consumers of Delayed listings.

Here are a few important details:

• All listings in Delayed status are now visible to consumers via Paragon searches in the main SCW database.
• To include Delayed listings in existing notifications and saved searches, agents will need to manually add Delayed status to their search criteria.
• We are not allowed to include Delayed listings from other MLSs in our auto-email notifications, so these no longer display in the main SCW database. They can still be found by switching to WIREX. Delayed listings in these counties will appear in the main SCW database once they are Active. (We will keep you updated if Delayed listings from other MLSs are approved for inclusion in the future).

SCWMLS is aware of the recent NAR delayed listing announcement. We are reviewing the change and will communicate with our members before the change takes effect on September 30th. In the meantime, the current rules for Delayed listings and Office Exclusive listings continue to apply. Lone Wolf/Zipform is having a global issue this morning. Members are logging in and being told they are inactive in NRDS (they are not) and to contact their local association.

We are working with our representatives at Lone Wolf to resolve the problem ASAP and will update this post when it has been resolved.
