Mark your calendar! The Wisconsin DSPS broker license renewal period is officially open.

The Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS) opened the renewal period on October 26, 2026.

Key dates to remember:

• Renewal opens: October 26, 2026
• Renewal deadline: December 14, 2026

How to Renew Your License

• Visit LicensE and log in to your account.
• Select Renew My License.
• Choose your broker credential and complete the renewal steps.
• Watch for your confirmation email once your renewal is complete.

Having trouble logging in?
Click Forgot Password on the LicensE login page and follow the instructions to reset your password.

Hot Tip: DSPS recommends using a computer rather than a smartphone to complete your renewal. If you must use your phone, turn it horizontally for a better experience.

Don’t wait until the last minute! Renew early to avoid the year-end rush.

This will help ensure our records are accurate, transfers are processed efficiently, and all parties involved have clear and consistent communication throughout the process.

This procedure is intended to help prevent delays, avoid confusion, and ensure that everyone is on the same page regarding an agent’s status and office affiliation.
